About DoRun: Who we are

Craig Parker: Web Programmer

A native of Maine, I grew up in Alfred and was a graduate of Massabessic High School. After school, I took a few college courses and ran a recording studio. I also ran a side business fixing Windows computers. Mostly viruse and spyware issues, it was not the most rewarding way to spend my hours. It was during this time that I wondered if computing could get any better, and I discovered Linux and Open Source in general.

In my late twenties, I became more serious about Linux and attended Bridge Education. There I spent an intense year studying nothing but Solaris and Linux. CANDO Computer Services was born shortly after, a company that specializes in implementing open source solutions to businesses and individuals.

Children arrived, and CANDO had to take a back seat for a bit. In 2007 I met Paula, and the two of us decided to join forces, sharing ideas and workload to create DoRun.

Paula Kosluk: Web Design Specialist

A native of Philadelphia, I moved to Lyman Maine in 2000. Within the first year I attended YCCC for computer technology, which lead me into web design. My hobby has made me realize that there are several small business owners and sole proprietors who need assistances with their websites.

Strait Run Designs was born in 2006, and soon after I meant my partner Craig and we formed DoRun Web Services. In my spare time, I’m active in the local snowmobile, ATV and motorcycle clubs. My advice is to work hard, and play harder.
